Swift Air Navigation Computer
I recently had the opportunity to appraise the Swift Air Navigation Computer from the private pilot’s point of view.
After reading the manual I initially had some reservations about absorbing the vast array of relevant information. However, I realised even though my personal knowledge of computers is limited, I had exactly the same initial reaction to the ‘prayer wheel’ when studying for my private licence subjects so many years ago.
The information in the instruction manual is very comprehensive and gives practical examples to enable you to work through each program. The manual itself suggests that you read all instructions twice and I can only concur with this advice.
