Virgin Australia has appointed a former NAB executive as the first chief financial officer of its Velocity frequent flyer program. Sterling Brain will commence with Velocity in May, having most recently worked at NAB as its head of loyalty and also had roles with Boston Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Virgin said in a statement on Monday.
