One of the toughest challenges I’ve faced was managing cash flow while scaling rapidly to meet growing client demand. With large commercial contracts often on extended payment terms, balancing wages, operations, and reinvestment required careful financial management and constant adaptability. I overcame this by tightening systems, forecasting more accurately, and maintaining open communication with both staff and clients. It also meant making tough decisions with confidence and staying hands-on to ensure service never slipped. That period taught me resilience, discipline, and the importance of building a strong, lean foundation for sustainable growth.
What are some of your goals for the next 5 years?
Over the next five years, my goal is to expand Rinse & Repeat Commercial along the East Coast through strategic partnerships while maintaining our high standards of service, integrity, and care. I aim to build a network of aligned operators who share our values and can deliver consistent excellence under the Rinse & Repeat model. I’m also committed to driving greater sustainability across our operations and continuing to lead with innovation.
