The investment in low-carbon fuel company HAMR Energy’s Portland Renewable Fuels (PRF) project points to the major aviation companies’ commitment to working towards sustainable aviation practices.

The new agreement seeks to collaborate on counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) technology and marks Visionary Machines’ first milestone in establishing in-country sales of its Pandion Sentinel C-UAS system, addressing regional security and strategies in the Asia-Pacific area.

Six F-35A Lightning IIs and an E-7A Wedgetail were deployed to the desert state along with over 200 aviators to support Exercise Red Flag Nellis and Exercise Bamboo Eagle with the United States and United Kingdom.

The fuselage is used across all three variants of the F-35 aircraft and assembled at Northrop’s Integrated Assembly Line in California. Northrop Grumman said its IAL facility produces and delivers one centre fuselage every 30 hours.
