Panic Airways!

In the early days of postwar civil aviation things were fairly relaxed and it was not unusual for crew pranks to be developed to a near art form.

Our story has an unnamed airline’s DC-3ambling along between Sydney and Brisbane in the late forties. On board is a neophyte flight attendant logging her first day on the run. Not unnaturally, the young lady is rather nervous and a ripe target for the dubious attentions of the two veteran pilots guiding the great white bird this day.
