The Airbus A350 settles into service and looks to the future
Four years after its first flight, the Airbus A350 XWB is proving itself a reliable and passenger-pleasing aircraft as it continues to enter into more airlines’ service.
With all the benefits of a new-generation composite twinjet, as well as a spacious economy cabin and the option for particularly roomy premium economy and business class cabins, Airbus’ head of A350 marketing Marisa Lucas-Ugena sat down with Australian Aviation to discuss the programme’s past, present and future, as well as what airlines want when they look at purchasing the XWB.
