In the same way that young people’s work expectations are changing, so are the education requirements demanded by industry. Aerospace manufacturers and airlines now require young people to demonstrate a far broader range of skills than just a CPL. The question is are university programs really equipping students with the skills that airlines, manufacturers and service providers are actually asking for.
