Jabiru Europe, run in partnership with JDM Aviation, will be based in Darois, France, and serve as a centralised dealership for Jabiru aircraft, engines, parts, and maintenance in the European market.
At a recent field demonstration, a rapidly deployable medical racking system was assembled in just two-and-a-half minutes in wet conditions. The project team has reviewed several multi-rack systems, including those used in RAAF C-130 and C-17 aircraft.
The partnership will see Australian experiments conducted aboard Novespace’s Airbus A310 Zero-G alongside the French space agency CNES, on the world’s largest civilian microgravity research platform.
