Flight JD385 from Hangzhou touched down in Melbourne just after 4:20am on Tuesday, operated by the A330-200 B-1043. Hangzhou is now the eighth mainland Chinese destination with direct service to Melbourne, and joins Beijing Capital Airlines’ existing route to Qingdao.
Flight ID6015 arrived in Canberra just after 6am on Friday, 14 June, on board the 737-800 PK-LDK, and took off for Bali at 9:16am. Batik Air will operate three return flights per week between Canberra and Denpasar, with 162 seats in each direction including 12 business and 150 economy.

The A330-300, registered B-HLV, was on 28 July 2020 the first of more than 85 Cathay Pacific aircraft to be mothballed in Alice Springs. B-HLV finally left Australia last week, and is now undergoing hangar maintenance checks in Hong Kong before returning to full service.
