Airbus deliveries reached an all-time year-to-date record at the end of October with 462 aircraft delivered to 76 customers. This year’s sales also saw Airbus reach the 7,500 milestone for total aircraft delivered.
Orders for the A330 and A350 totalled 23 during October with 57 deliveries made during the month. Also in October five A380s were delivered, bringing to 22 the total delivered so far this year. Airbus expects to deliver 30 of the type by the end of December.

Libyan carrier Afriqiyah, meanwhile, has increased it A350 order with the announcement of a further four A350-900s. This brings total A350 orders by the airline to 10.
