AAAA and the New Zealand Aerial Agricultural Association held the first joint convention since 1997 in Queenstown recently and it was clear that the challenges and solutions coming from both sides of the Tasman have a lot in common.
New Zealand is only now going through the introduction of workplace health and safety legislation and it is interesting to note just how far Australian operators have come in the last 10 years. While too many people still get hurt at work, it is clear that better systems are leading to better outcomes.
