Well, it is the Wild West which means you must have a lynching every now and then to keep the people Happy. And that is exactly what is happening at the West Australian Economics and Industry Standing Committee inquiry into airfares within WA.

Part of a grab bag of promises that swept the Labor McGowan Government to power this year the Parliamentary inquiry into “exorbitant airfares” within WA is not only a farce but it’s highlighting the lack of understanding of basic airline economics and in particular the difficulties of operating within WA.
