2013 a muted success

The mood at the Australian International Airshow was as mixed as the weather was typically changeable. And as wet as the first day was, it didn’t deter the Victorian government’s enthusiasm for the event when it announced it had secured the International Airshow at Avalon through to 2025.

The announcement heralded what would be an event that showed encouraging signs for the industry, but which eschewed the fever-pitch of previous years.
