“Despite delays in getting off the ground, it’s rewarding to have the local community stand by our mission through the approval process,” airline CEO Murray Collings said in a statement. “Now with full support from CASA and the interim license from Transport NSW we can focus on what we set out to do; to deliver a reliable and affordable flight service between Narrabri and Sydney which is uncompromising on safety (and) outstanding in service.”
Narrabri has been without regular passenger services since Brindabella Airlines folded in mid-December.
