The Western Australian government has announced more than $1.2 million in funding for developing an Advanced Biofuels Strategy to manoeuvre the state into a strong position to capture new market opportunities and drive emissions reduction, including in sustainable aviation fuel.

Operating from Kadena Air Base, the P-8A and its crew will undertake co-ordinated surveillance missions to deter and disrupt illegal maritime activity by monitoring and recording ship-to-ship transfers of sanctioned goods at sea.

From October 2025, the H225 will be operated by ARC Helicopters from Victoria to perform essential missions including firefighting and utility operations across the region.

Under the partnership, Think HQ will lead the dual-focused fully integrated advertising and public relations campaign utilising paid, earned, and influencer-led initiatives across the Australian market.
