A 30-year Qantas veteran undergoing cancer treatment is among a group of workers to have lost a case in the Federal Court against the airline for denying them sick leave during the coronavirus pandemic.
Australian Workers’ Union National Secretary Dan Walton said, “For workers like these and many others, this decision will be a bitter disappointment.”
