Boeing has delivered the 1,000th 737 equipped with its new Sky Interior.
The interior re-design was first introduced in 2011, and features sculptured sidewalls and window reveals, LED lighting, and larger overhead bins, and is based on the design of the larger 787’s interior.

Fittingly, the 1000th aircraft was delivered to Norwegian Air Shuttle which was one of the launch customers for the Boeing Sky Interior equipped 737.
