Thai Delays Airliner Deliveries:

Thai Airways has delayed the delivery of eight Airbus A330s, four Boeing 747-400s and four 777s.

The delivery postponements follow a management examination of Thai’s aircraft orders, and were accompanied with the cancellation of seven A330 options. The A330s were originally scheduled to be delivered to Thai from November 1994 and the airline may now be liable for compensation claims from the consortium.
