Reform can be easy

Learning from the Damage From Aircraft Act

Only very occasionally reform can come with so little fuss and so much cooperation that you wonder why conflict, heat and delay are the ‘normal’ marks of gaining policy improvements.

Such is the recent case of amendments to the Damage From Aircraft Act for which both the government and the opposition deserve praise for their mature approach to rectifying a glaring series of problems.
