Windfarms – just another hazard?
Are windfarms just another hazard to be managed by the low-level aviator, or is there more to them than meets the eye?
AAAA has been closely involved with this issue for some years, encouraging the Wind Energy Association to get their members to advise AAAA of upcoming developments, but it now seems that a number of Government agencies are increasingly interested in the threat windfarms may pose to aviation safety.
