End of the line for OzJet
Charter carrier OzJet has become the latest Australian carrier to collapse, with the airline entering administration on May 21, shortly after issuing a statement announcing it would “suspend operating its 737 fleet ex-Perth.”
The carrier, which was a subsidiary of HeavyLift Cargo Airlines, had four Boeing 737-200s, although it is understood that not all the aircraft were in a flyable condition at the time it suspended its operations.
