Boeing 767 Enters Service With Air New Zealand
Air New Zealand have taken delivery of the first of three 8767s that they have on order.
8767-219ER ZK-NBA was the 124th of its type off the production line at Everett, Washington. It made its first flight on August 14th carrying the U. S. registration N6018N before being handed over to Air New Zealand on September 3rd. ZK-NBA arrived in Wellington on September 10th after its Trans-Pacific ferry flight and operated Air New Zealand’s inaugural 8767 service which was TE149 from Wellington to Sydney on September 30th.
