Print Subscription FAQs

I’ve just purchased a print subscription, when will I receive the first issue?

You should receive your first issue no more than three months after purchasing your subscription. Our mailing list is typically finalised in the second week of the issue’s datelined month,  with subscriber copies lodged with Australia Post on the second last Wednesday of the month.

Australian subscription copies are despatched via Australia Post’s Priority Print Post service and readers generally receive their copies several days prior to the Australian newsagency on-sale date. However, we cannot guarantee residents in rural Queensland, WA, SA and NT and overseas residents will receive their copy prior to the on-sale date.

Australia Post publishes delivery timeframes for Print Post on its website here. Note Australian Aviation is despatched from Sydney.

If you believe you may have missed the most recent edition, contact our office via email ([email protected]) or by phone during AEST business hours on 02 8045 2066 to arrange the edition to be included.

I have a current subscription to your magazine but have not received an issue.

If the datelined month begins and you have not received the latest issue, please contact our office via email ([email protected]) or by phone during AEST business hours on 02 8045 2066. Typically Australian Aviation subscriber copies are lodged with Australia Post on the second last Wednesday of the month.

Auto-renew subscriptions

Your elected credit/debit card or PayPal account will automatically be charged on your next billing date. You will receive a notification email prior to this charge. The auto-renew subscription option can be stopped at any time via request.

How do I update my address details?

Please log-in to our Members Portal and update your details online.

Alternatively, return the flysheet (address slip) that arrives with your magazine each month with your change of address to our office (Australian Aviation, Level 13, 132 Arthur St North Sydney NSW 2060) or contact our office via email ([email protected]) or by phone during AEST business hours on 02 8045 2066.

Can I obtain back issues?

Australian Aviation stocks a selection of back issues. The most recent back issues can be purchased. Please call our office on 02 8045 2066 or email [email protected] with your request.

How can I find out how many issues I have remaining until my subscription expires?

This can be found via the Members Portal. You will see the next billing date on your current subscription. If it is set to lapse before the 15th of the datelined month, you will not receive that edition. Those subscribed to print should receive 4 print editions on their subscription.

I wish to purchase a gift subscription, how do I go about this?

I haven’t received a monthly issue?

Our magazine is published 4 times a year with issues datelined Summer (Nov), Autumn (Feb), Winter (May) and Spring (August). Each month, we release two digital reports via the Australian Aviation App.
