Telstra issued a Qantas 75th Anniversary Commemorative Phonecard set in 1995 consisting of eight Phonecards, recognising one significant Qantas aircraft over each of the eight decades from the 1920s to the 1990s. The aircraft selected for the 1930s was the de Havilland DH.86, recognising its important developmental role in the airline’s history. Illustrated on the Phonecard is the Qantas DH.86 VH-USC.
