Sydney Flight College has introduced a slew of new scholarships to help cover training costs for the next generation of promising Indigenous and female pilots.


Speaking exclusively with Australian Aviation, Arcadia Capital partner Sam Walker said “practically speaking” there will be “no changes at all” to Ansett Aviation Training (AAT) after the deal is finalised, including to its management team. 


Dubbed Aviation Training Partners, the consortium is made up of Arcadia Capital, "affiliates of the leadership team" at Bridger Aerospace Group, as well as Bain Capital Credit - notably a subsidiary of Bain Capital, the recent purchaser of Virgin Australia.
