Qantas has become the launch customer for Boeing’s 747-400ER Landing Gear Overhaul and Exchange Program after recently signing an agreement with Boeing. Under the program, Qantas will have access to landing gear exchanges, repair and replacement services around the world for its fleet of six 747-400ERs from 2011 through the Boeing Service Centre Repair Network.
