Brisbane based support firm Ferra Engineering has secured a five year build-to-order contract from Boeing to manufacture components for the company’s line of 737, 747, 757, 767 and 777 series aircraft. International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) has signed a firm order for 100 Airbus A320neo variants, which will comprise both A320neo and A321neo variants.   The firm order follows the signing of an MoU for the deal on March 8, with ILFC selecting Pratt & Whitney’s PurePower PW1100G engine for at least 60 of its aircraft.
