“Designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia, Corvo X is a next generation military-grade SUAS, featuring an innovative, thrust vectored Vertical Take-Off and Landing configuration that delivers class leading endurance in extreme weather conditions,” according to a public statement from SYPAQ.
“The lightweight, man-packable system, coupled with advanced autonomy, payload, and encrypted mesh network capabilities, reduces the physical and cognitive load on the operator, enhancing mission safety, flexibility, and performance.
“The successful completion of the DEF129-SUAS Acquisition Program reinforces SYPAQ’s commitment to supporting the Australian Defence Force with sovereign, mission-ready UAS capabilities developed by Australian industry for Australian and allied operators.
“SYPAQ now looks forward to its continued partnership with Defence to both support the Corvo X capability in operations and drive future innovation programs under the Corvo X Sustainment Program.”
