It’s time to look to the ‘future of work’, press reset and step into conversations around what we can do with what we now have.
Welcome to the first digital special edition. It’s exciting to be able to expand the conversation around careers and have the space to pull in expertise from related arenas. When considering the contributors to draw on for this piece I kept in mind two questions: ‘How many of our readers have been impacted? And ‘How can I address those shared pain points constructively?’.
As I engaged with potential organisations and individuals it became obvious that there was no lack of content, concern, ideas and innovations to draw upon. That buoyed my thinking as we head out of 2020 and into what are sure to be the interesting skies of 2021.
