Aviation gets a very bad press
Back in the dark distant past, in a time before the internet and social media, a young airline pilot walked into a busy terminal, abuzz with passengers going about their business. One of their number approached the pilot and asked what the white trails were that criss-crossed the sky from time to time. The pilot began to speak of aircraft exhaust, water vapor and ice crystals but was interrupted by the passenger who proceeded to explain that it was actually a government conspiracy designed to distributed chemicals into the upper atmosphere – or ‘chemtrails’.
And so it began.
