There’s never been a better time to be an Australian, proclaims our new Prime Minister. So has there ever been a better time to be the boss of Boeing? New Boeing chief executive officer Dennis Muilenburg was in Australia in late November, visiting the leadership and staff of his company’s Australian operations, as well as calling in on our political leaders.

In an interview with Australian Aviation while in Canberra his message, perhaps mindful of the new political zeitgeist in Canberra, was one of innovation and agility. We are, after all, all innovators now.
