Founded in 1929, Hawaiian Airlines has expanded from providing crucial transportation links between the Hawaiian islands to an international carrier with more than 50 aircraft whose mandate now includes bringing millions of people from around the world to one of the world’s iconic tourist destinations.

And whether it is a 20-minute inter-island hop, an 11-hour domestic trek from Honolulu to New York (JFK), or a long-haul service across the Pacific, Hawaiian chief executive Mark Dunkerley insists the Honolulu-based carrier is an airline like no other.
