The time is ripe to reform CASA

AAAA is very encouraged by the diligent work of the Aviation Safety Regulatory Review (ASRR) Panel established by Minister Truss and looks forward to its report in May.

However, it is what will happen with that report that is the crucial issue. Industry is certainly guarded against another White Paper fiasco, where repackaging of programs is presented as ‘progress’.
