Among the details in the Defence Capability Review 2003 announced by Minister for Defence Senator Robert Hill on November 7 is that the RAAF’s F-111C/RF-111C/F-111G aircraft will be retired in 2010, some years earlier than predicted in the Defence 2000 White Paper.
Future planned acquisitions mentioned include Global Hawk UAVs and an AP‑3C replacement.
