Aircraft types on the VH register

The 2013 Australian aircraft census has again shown an upward trend in the number of powered aircraft registered with CASA, as it has done most years, with the exception of 2002, since our first compilation in 1997.

Larger types new to this year’s census include the Beech 100 King Air, Bell 427, Falcon 7X, Grumman G-111 Albatross, Gulfstream G-150, Kaman K-Max and Found E350 whilst amateur built types include the Cielo Lobo, Grigsor RG-8, Sopwith Snipe Replica and Vidor Whiskey. All these types have been detailed in the Register Review column over the past twelve months
