Rolls-Royce has announced that Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology graduate Jason Seris has been chosen to join its Graduate Leadership Development Program, making him the first Australian to be accepted in the North American leadership program.
Seris, who holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering with First Class Honours, was selected after completing an internship at RR’s facilities in Indianapolis, working as part of the F136 engine development team for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF). The internship is part of the RMIT International Industry Experience and Research Program.
