ATR’s 600 series

While there has been a distinct lack of all-new regional turboprop designs over the last 20 years, ATR has proven that continually updating key elements around a solid fuselage designs can continue to meet the needs of regional carriers around the world.

Since the original ATR 42 took to the air in 1985, the manufacturer has delivered a number of improvements to the original over the years which have kept both the 50 seat ATR 42 and 70 seat ATR 72 at the forefront of regional turboprops.
