Flying a flexible friend

This is just what flying should be about: drifting low over the treetops and scattering the roosting crows on downwind, diving in a gentle curve on to base leg, floating down final approach at a so slow but extremely safe 45 knots and sideslipping past that photographer on the runways’ edge to show this neat and inexpensive little aeroplane to its best advantage.

As well as giving you the most fun you can have in the air, an X-Air has to be one of the cheapest ways you could ever get airborne, so in these financially difficult times, buying an X-Air might be a sensible alternative to selling the house if you want to continue flying. And, having a nosewheel, it can even be flown by the ham footed.
