E-Jets allow Airnorth to eye new opportunities
The Northern Territory’s main regional airline, Airnorth, is harbouring ambitious expansion plans, as it invests heavily on its move into jet services.
Its alliance with Qantas – which continues despite Jetstar pinching Airnorth’s Darwin- Denpasar route – is likely to be a springboard for new services after its second Embraer E-170 jet comes into service in 2009.
