Civil Aircraft Register Update
Register Review
The New Allocation listing this issue includes three balloons, all Australian built Kavanagh examples. AJC, KCD and OLA bring the total number of balloons made by Kavanagh to 159, from the diminutive 56 cubic metre envelope to the huge 300 cubic metre model. Of the 159 built, three have been sold in New Zealand and three in Japan earning valuable export dollars for Australia.
Another continuing Australian success story is the Skyfox Gazelle, three more of which are listed this month. Gazelle production has reached over 40 with the latest examples being delivered to Neil Grant at Toowoomba (NGJ) and Fred Loveday on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast (ZEZ and ZOZ).
