Eastern Australia Airlines continues to experience problems with its stall warning system on Jetstream 31 VH-TQK. Originally grounded on May 5 the problem with VH-TQK was still under investigation in late June. With the loss of the Jetstream from service Eastern has covered its capacity problems by leasing Metro III VH-SSW from Newcastle Aviation and Metro IIIs VH-NEK and VH-NEM from Tamair.
