It's on again, Avalon '95, and it will be bigger and better than ever thanks to a resurgent economy, hopefully better weather and an all new site layout that looks to be much better than that used back in '92. Though it's too early to flag Just what foreign aircraft will be visiting it is fair to say that the Russians have been invited and have provisionally accepted with a two Ruslan six Fulcrum display team while Malaysia will be bringing an aerobatic team hopefully comprising Hawk 200s. From the US comes an Air National Guard contingent of tankers, C-5 Galaxy, F-15 and possibly even some F-4 Phantoms, a real trip down Memory Lane for we who remember those great RMF airshows of the early seventies when the Phantom was the star of the day. Naturally all these aircraft are provisional at this stage though whatever happens we are sure the eventual turnout will be even bigger than it was in '92. Refer text for more information.
