1992 Warbirds Directory
This issue of the periodic Australian Aviation Warbirds Register not only includes exciting new types but also features the inclusion of New Zealand warbird aircraft for the first time.
The last few years has seen aviation developments from both sides of the Tasman drawing together as the realisation of common interests and common goals have become a day to day fact of life. This common interest aspect has also spread to the likes of warbird owners, operators, restorers and enthusiasts. The exchange of restoration and operational information across the Tasman in recent years has become quite noticeable as have the visits by enthusiasts to see what the other country has to offer in the warbird department. We look forward to continuing the Australia/New Zealand theme in our regular AA Warbirds column.
