Qantas has announced that it will operate three times weekly direct services between Darwin and Canberra from February 1 2010.
“We are … certain that this new service will further enable tourism development opportunities between the two cities,” said Rob Gurney, Qantas Group executive commercial.

The services will be operated by 168-seat Boeing 737-800s.
