Virgin Blue has poached another key Qantas executive, this time head of airports customer experience Roger Lindeman. Lindeman, a 40 year Qantas veteran, will join Virgin Blue in early 2011 as general manager service experience.
“Roger’s renowned customer service skills have won him many accolades and awards. He will be a huge asset to the Virgin Blue Group of Airlines,” said group executive of product and guest services, Martin Daley.

More than half a dozed senior executives have left Qantas in recent months to work at Virgin Blue under new CEO John Borghetti, himself a former Qantas veteran.
