Japan has confirmed a Japan Air Self Defence Force (JASDF) F-35A Lightning II crashed into the Pacific Ocean during a training flight on Tuesday.
There are four Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) F-35As based in Australia after the arrival of two more aircraft on Sunday April 7 2019.
