Riteco is a co-founder of drone delivery startup OneSec and is also known for his work on drone regulation and certification. He founded SORA Consulting, which advises operators on regulatory approvals under the European drone framework, including the Specific Operations Risk Assessment process and EU drone rules.

Before that, he worked with Swiss aviation authorities and has been involved in the review of drone applications and operational approvals. That background gives him experience on both the industry and regulatory side at a time when European drone operators are pushing for clearer and more consistent rules.

Drone Alliance Europe’s members include some of the world’s best-known drone companies, from delivery operators to aircraft and technology developers. As the sector moves from trials toward scaled commercial operations, the group is expected to continue focusing on regulation, certification and market access across Europe.

Riteco’s appointment reflects the growing importance of regulatory expertise in the development of the European drone market.
