Time to turn the airband receivers on again!

Many readers have been writing to me to ask about portable scanners covering the VHF airband and which one would be best for them. I’m only recommending one variety at present. The Cobra model SR-15 hand held programmable 100 channel scanner. Small, lightweight, sensitive on all bands, this portable is ideal for aircraft monitors and comes complete with leather carry case, nicad pack, wall charger and private listening earpiece.
