Introducing The ABAA

This being the inaugural issue of Corporate Contrails, we felt it appropriate to inform readers about the inception and aims of the Australian Business Aircraft Association. To many of you this will be history but we would like to restate the facts for the benefit of future members.

The idea of forming an Australian Business Aircraft Association was not new. Several corporate pilots had discussed the principle for some years and these pilots felt that whilst there were several well established associations catering for General Aviation, none of these truly represented the frequently unique interests of corporate aviation.
