The VIP aircraft has a crew of up to six people and can carry up to 30 passengers. It is powered by two CFM International CFM56-7 Turbofans, can fly up to 850 kilometres per hour, and has a wingspan of 35.8 metres. The jet resembles a combination of the fuselage of the Boeing 737-700 commercial jet, with a strengthened rear section. The winglets allow for a five to seven per cent reduction in cruise drag, and up to five per cent increase in range.
Career highlight and last seen: The VIP jets were used in the 2019-20 rural bushfires in Australia, transporting firefighters from Canberra.
